CRAFT Ontario is composed of several regional nodes. Each regional node is a network of farms that offer internships. Internships are a relationship directly between the farm and the intern, not with CRAFT Ontario. Each CRAFT node plans education workshops or field days for all the interns of the CRAFT farms in their node. The best time to apply is before February 8.  However, many farms, particularly in new regional CRAFT nodes, continue to receive applications following this date.  Please inquire with all farms that you are interested in to see if they are currently receiving applications.
