Heart & Soil Gardens
I will be offering a workshop at my small garden operation in Chelmsford again this year as part of the farm tour series. I grow three varieties of sprouts, wheatgrass, and salad crops for the Eat Local Sudbury cooperative store and plan on expanding to restaurants and other stores.
The topics to be covered in the workshop are sprouting (in soil and hydroponic), successive baby salad cropping, and microgreens.
